ik vind het belachelijk dat de gemeente op deze wijze te keer gaat. de mensen zijn al gepakt door hun handicap en daar doet de gemeente dan nog eens een schepje boven op. er zijn echt wel ander manieren om geld te vinden om te bezuinigen.
